I had alot of fun with this project. I thought it was such a great idea to randomly send a teacher a thank you letter. Teachers do so much work for their students and often go unrecognized so by doing this, I truly felt like I was giving back. I think of all the hard work and time this particular teacher has done not only for me, but for thousands of other students out of the kindness of his heart and to me, that is remarkable. He has truly inspired me to invest in my students and build solid relationships. Thanking him was something he deserved years ago. I did recieve and e-mail back from him. It was a simple e-mail that said, "thanks for the kind note. I appreciated it very much".
