Thank You Note

At first I did not realize that we were actually going to be sending out letters to our teachers, but I am really glad we did. Since it seems like teachers are always in my life and have always been in my life, I tend to overlook them in a way-taking them for granted. I tend to especially take for granted my great teachers, and not really seeing them as great until I look back now. The teacher I chose to write to actually has my sister in class now, (I'm from a really small school.) and she told my sister that my little note I wrote to her made her day. I'm so glad I was given the opportunity to say thanks, because it is often thought but not very often verbalized or written down.
