Thank You Notes
Running is not my favorite thing to do. I remember my freshman year at high school I had to take a Physical Education class. Our teacher made us run everyday. The first day we started with five minutes and everyday after that she would add another minute to it. I remember dreading P.E. I did not want to run around the gym a hundred times. A couple years before I had been in basketball and volleyball, but now I was out of shape. I did not want to push myself. It had been some hard years since then and I had given up on life. I had little determination and my desire to do good in school. My teacher pushed us anyways and I am thankful. By the end of that semester I could run straight for fourty mins without stopping. For some it might not seem like a big deal. Yeah, I was sweating and out of breathe, but I could do it. I felt good about myself. I was in better shape that year then I had ever been in my life. I thanked her for pushing me even when I wanted to quit. For running besides me at times and telling me do not quit. My grades in other classes increased, my self-esteem increased, and my appreciation for her. Thanks again Ms. Lowell!
