A Chair

Last night I was sitting at a table with some friends at Caribou Coffee. While we were sitting there studying and doing homework some people came and sat at the table next to us. My friends and I heard them talking, but gave little thought to them being there. A little while later we looked over and noticed that one of the ladies was sitting on this high stool while the rest of the people she was with was sitting on chairs. The lady looked really uncomfortable. My friends and I looked around the room and noticed that the only chair not being used in the store was a chair my friends and I had piled our stuff on. My friends and I went to work discarding our stuff from the chair and asked the lady if she would want to sit on it. Her face lit up and she thanked us over and over again. It's interesting how the littlest of things can make the biggest impact.
